Welcome to Decanteria (pronounced “dee-kant-er-ree-ah”), a website dedicated to delicious recipes, cooking tips, wine pairings, and travel. Our goal is to provide great information in an easy-to-understand format, so anyone can recreate these recipes and projects at home. About the Founder

Decanteria was founded in 2013 by Sarah Wondrasek because she wanted to share her love of cooking and baking with the world. Professionally, Sarah holds a Master’s degree in Civil Engineering and works as a structural engineer in Seattle, Washington. She also enjoys running, biking, and spending time with her husband, Toaster (her puppy), family, and friends.
